GRIND

Taking you back to moments of admiration while hearing the chime of church bells, Saint Drogo is inspired by beautiful and charming stained glass windows of cathedrals. Just like the glass comes in an array of shapes, colours and sometimes forming a picture, Saint Drogo will evoke a similar depth of perception through a melody of flavours.

Saint Drogo is a post roast blend of one dark roast coffee and two medium roast coffees. It is approachable and has notes of roasted peanuts and nutmeg. We used beans from Guatemala, Bolivia and Peru for this blend - Guatemala giving it a smooth and rich body with notes of roasted nuts, Bolivia adding notes of warm spices and Peru that further develops the approachable nature of this blend.

Admire the complexity of Saint Drogo!

Smooth and delightful

I just can't say enough about this dark roast. Quickly becoming a top 3 in our house. We brew this in our Moccamaster and it is just perfection. Smooth with distinct notes of nuts and spices with no bitterness. This is how an excellent cup of coffee should be :-)

Saint Drogo is Heavenly

I'm not a religious individual, but after having a sip of Saint Drogo - I might be. Goes great in a cup of black coffee, but is equally delicious brewed as an espresso shot. Smooth, slightly floral, but not overly fruity or sweet. Highly recommend.

Darn tasty

We use a French press and that method makes a very nice coffee to start the day
