This is an ideal example of naturally processed Ethiopian coffee.  Dried with the fruit fully intact on the bean on raised beds, this traditional preparation imparts wild, fermented and fruity flavours into the cup.  A light roast preserves the distinct characteristics of the origin and process.

This is a wonderful balanced coffee - a full-bodied medium roast. Definitely a favourite.

Hello, I originally bought your coffee to send to a friend who was a big help to me my last month in Colombia, but the cost of shipping to Medellin is crazy, so I will start drinking your products and I will let you know what I think, thanks Bryan Greer

The notes are unmistakable!

I don't have a complex palate typically but I sipped this coffee and immediately picked up the floral and berries. It was actually such an amazing experience! It is a very smooth coffee and brews nicely in our drip pot.
